At Fran & Co. Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you facilitate a smooth exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original velvet pouch or box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
